Southern District shall establish and maintain institu- tions, Schools and Orphanages. Such Institutions, Schools and Orphanages shall be set in order under the supervision of a Board of Directors, which shall be appointed by the Dis- trict Executive Committee, which shall operate in harmony and cooperation with the District Executive Committee, and sub- ordinate to the Southern District Constitution and Bylaws.
Southern District can start various ministries and ministry departments which are helpful to fulfill the goals of the district. All these ministries and ministry departments shall work under the supervision of director(s) or committees. These di- rectors or committees shall work in harmony with the district executive committee in accordance with the constitution and by-laws of the district.
